Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery within Australia typically takes 7–14 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Is shipping free?
Yes – we offer free shipping Australia-wide on every order.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Use our Track Your Order page with the tracking number from your shipping email.

Sizing

Which size should I choose?
Every product page has a size chart. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for tops, sets and knitwear. For shoes, choose your regular size.

Returns & exchanges

What is your return policy?
You can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. See our Return Policy for details.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Email us with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll sort out a replacement or refund straight away.

Bundle discounts

How do bundle discounts work?
Add 2 items to your cart for an extra 15% off, 3 items for 20% off, or 4+ items for 25% off. The discount is applied automatically at checkout – no code needed.
